Team Strategy

Our team strategy is to build and maintain two elite teams, one a core team of employees and another a virtual team of just-in-time resources.

We focus on value over price. Our guiding principle is that it is better to have a person that can produce the most value per dollar than to have the lowest priced person. Our teams are populated with people who have a high value per dollar spent. They are value optimizers for our clients.

To make sure that our team members provide the best value for the dollar spent we:

  1. Pay the large majority of the engagement revenue to the team members that are delivering the service to the customer, thereby making it attractive for high value personnel to join our team - we target people in the top 10% performer group
  2. Keep our operating margins low by minimizing administrative/office costs and using a virtual just-in-time resource model backed by a virtual team database of top talent
  3. Maintain a rigorous team selection discipline that only engages the highest quality personnel with proven track records and experience in consulting/contracting
  4. Continuously monitor and assess the value that our team members are delivering to our customers and if needed make rapid decisive adjustments
