Service Groups

Group 1: Enterprise Project Management

At the enterprise level, we offer consulting and resources to help create, implement, and operate Organizational Project Management (OPM) strategies and processes. Our services include: assessments (including OPM3), strategic planning, process/framework design, transformation projects, operational support, training, and coaching/knowledge transfer.

Group 2: Individual Project Delivery

At the individual project level, we offer consulting and resources to create and execute successful projects. Our services include: turn-key projects, turn-key sub-projects, umbrella project management, and IV&V.

Group 3: Project Resources

To support the delivery of successful projects we offer high quality specialized resources to be included in project teams. Our project resources include: project specialists (project managers, project leaders, project coordinators, project consultants, project planners, project risk managers, project quality managers, project cost managers, project communications managers, project procurement managers, project HR managers), technicians (analysts, designers, developers, architects, testers), and business experts.
